Wedding Day Checklist: Glamour team arrives at 8:30AM, photographer at 10AM, flowers will be arriving at 11AM…….What could you possibly be forgetting? Food and Water! Some brides forget to eat and/or drink, but the truth is, it is the key to looking and feeling your very best. On your wedding day use food as fuel and eat often. This also applies to your bridal party.
No one likes to be around a “hangry” bride or groom! Do yourself and your guests a favor and eat a light breakfast and provide snack foods for the bridal party before the ceremony. Many hours pass by before any of you are served dinner at the wedding. We suggest these fruit Kabobs by Park Ave Catering!
With all the upheaval and emotion of the day, you need to start the day with a breakfast to help keep you going. Having a nice snack bar for your friends and family before the ceremony can help calm nerves and emotions as well.
It is also important to make sure you are drinking water and other liquids prior to the ceremony. You do not want yourself or your wedding party to become dehydrated or fall sick from lack of hydration. Especially with our Arizona temperatures!
