What a FUN Surprise Groom’s Cake! Breanna and Shawn were married at the Superstition Manor located in beautiful Mesa, Arizona. The couple selected a date in November for their special day. It was a beautiful Fall day with weather being ideal. She had been planning this fun surprise for months! And….he had no idea.
The guests were served a variety of yummy cake flavors including: Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake, Rich Vanilla Cake, and Pink Champagne Cake with made with fresh Strawberry Cream Filling.
We love when bridal couples think outside the box and do something out of the ordinary! Breanna was such a delight to work with and wanted to surprise her groom. She wanted to create a groom’s cake that he would love. It was the perfect Surprise for the Groom! She selected a beautiful traditional wedding cake with cascading flowers and beautiful bling ribbon wrapped around the bottom edge of each tier.
But….if you turn the cake, you will see Chocolate Ganache splattered on the side and back of the wedding cake! Why is there chocolate splatted on the cake? The groom’s cake had a decadent Chocolate Ganache on the top to provide the appearance of mud. Also with a pick up truck rolling through the mud (CHOCOLATE). The splatters made it look as though, the pick up truck had flipped mud onto the cake! She created a traditional cake with a twist of fun for her groom. We LOVED her sweet idea of a Surprise Groom’s Cake!
