I need a cake for tonight. Do you have any cakes in your shop?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer whole cakes or cakes by the slice in our retail shop. We do however offer a variety of cookies, cupcakes, cake pops & brownies to go.
My bridal party would like to attend our cake consultation. Can they come?
Due to limited space we ask that you limit your tasting to just you & your partner or whomever you choose to bring. At this time, we only have space for 2 people.
Do I need to refrigerate my cake or desserts?
Most of our cakes & desserts are perishable therefore we ask that you keep refrigerated until about 2 hours prior to your event, depending on size. There are exceptions to this so please check with us when you pick up your order.
How much time do you need for my special order?
We need at least 7 days notice on all orders for basic designs. More elaborate design or larger orders, we may need more time. We fill up fast so please contact us as soon as you know you need our services.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, but we do have a 5% bank charge fee on all orders over $100.00, including wedding cakes. We also accept checks & cash.
Do you offer coffee or espresso?
Not at this time, unfortunately. I know, we don't like it either. Maybe in the future.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we are part of the Gilbert & Houston Plaza with plenty of parking. There is a loading zone spot right in front & we ask that you leave that clear however for us to make deliveries.
Do you offer any specialty diet items such as Gluten Free or Vegan items?
While we do offer a few GF items such as mousse & panna cotta, we are NOT a Gluten Free facility. It can be very dangerous for a severely allergic or celiac person to eat any of our Gluten Free offerings. We currently do not offer any vegan items.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do offer delivery of orders over a $100.00 for an additional fee, depending on location. Please call or email to get a custom quote on delivery.
