The Wedding Story begins!

Jessica and Jaclyn are twin sisters. They just happened to get married 35 days apart! Being the caring, thoughtful daughters that they are, they wanted to have their weddings while their grandparents were still alive. They truly wanted Grandma and Grandpa there to be a part of their special wedding days. Unfortunately, their grandmother passed away on Thanksgiving. Sadly, Grandpa passed away just one day prior to the first daughter’s wedding. But the wedding plans continued on, though their precious grandparents were surely not far from their thoughts.

Jaclyn’s Wedding Cake

Jessica had met Andrew, and they knew one special day they would be married. He had been deployed for eight months, and that only drew them closer. Following his coming back to the states, they were engaged. The date was set!

Jaclyn and Gabe were together for a long courtship, and knew that they one day would marry! They are such a darling couple, and followed Sue Jacobs Cakes to a couple of tastings! Spending quality individual time with each daughter while planning was at times interesting for their mother Pat, but in the end, two wedding days, and two beautiful brides!

The Wedding Story continues….. Here’s a little story about their wedding gown shopping experience. Jessica went in with her mother and GET THIS!!!… the second dress she tried on, was the one. The girl’s mother Pat took an image of a beautiful gown on a mannequin, and immediately texted it to her other daughter Jaclyn. She instantly thought of her other daughter when she saw the beautiful gown. Sure enough the next day, they returned to the store, and tried on just this one gown and IT was the one! Though the mother, was dreading a bit and a little concerned about dress shopping for TWO BRIDES, it actually was an enjoyable, fun, and interesting experience!
