It was a very warm evening in Arizona, and the backyard wedding was about to begin. Although it was only March, it was very warm that particular evening. We were recommended to Kelsey and Kyle by their caterers Brown Brothers Catering. When we arrived, the catering staff were busy in the kitchen of the home preparing to serve the catered meal to the awaiting guests outdoors.

Being a wedding cake designer is sometimes a bit tricky when it comes to delivering Wedding Cakes in Arizona with our extreme temperatures. We arrived with the beautiful three tier round wedding cake, and had planned to set things up inside the beautiful home in Queen Creek Arizona. Later the wedding cake would be presented outdoors as the centerpiece for the wedding reception. However, we arrived to a home of extremely warm temperatures, as apparently the air-conditioning was not turned on. We quickly looked for an alternative plan. For this beautiful wedding cake, we needed to do something and fast! We located the home owners, and they graciously took us to their large garage. Clearing a work space, we assembled the beautiful florals, and placed the wedding cake in the garage refrigerator.
